LEARNING

GROUPS

Excited to dive into a study or join with a group of people to dig into Scripture? Learning Groups are focused on spiritual growth and discipleship.

Most of these groups are structured with a set curriculum and a specific timeframe, allowing participants to dive deep into particular topics of interest without a long term commitment.

  • Kelly Minter invites you into the daring faith modeled by Esther and her cousin Mordecai—a faith developed over time, rooted in the goodness of God, lived out through extraordinary circumstances, and used to change the world. Although our time looks different from Esther’s, our God is just as active and faithful today, and He has called you for such a time as this.

  • In this forty-day Lenten devotional, Paul David Tripp invites us to set aside time from the busyness of our lives to focus on the suffering and sacrifice of Jesus. Each of the short readings encourages us to abide in the abundant joy found in Christ as we encounter the Savior more fully and follow him more faithfully during this Lenten season.

LARGE

GROUPS

Hoping to join a group where you can connect with people in a similar stage of life? Our Large Groups are dynamic and welcoming gatherings that are often organized by age or life stage.

Large Groups are designed to be accessible and welcoming, allowing anyone to join at any time. They provide a fantastic opportunity to get plugged into the church community and meet a wide variety of people.

This group provides an opportunity to meet and connect with others on Sunday mornings and for occasional social activities.

The group covers a variety of Bible teaching, topical teaching, video series, current cultural topics, missionary reports, and fellowship gathering - often with small group discussion.

They meet every Sunday morning throughout the school year in the Fellowship Hall from 8:45 -9:45 am. All are welcome!

  • Being a young adult has many twists and turns. This is why we believe that young adults (18-30 years old) need a place to meet together, grow in their faith, and have fun.

The group meets every Sunday morning from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm in Community Room A on the main level of Westgate. You can expect some hang time, a discussion about the message, and sharing prayer requests. YOU are welcome!

This is a "come as you are" group designed for busy parents to join when it works for their schedules. They meet in Community Room A on any Wednesday that Westgate Kids and Westgate Youth are meeting.
